Soy Milk Oatmeal with Banana

Why This Works:
Soy milk = best plain masking of all milk types tested
Banana adds natural sweetness + creamy texture
Warm oatmeal enhances cinnamon flavor
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup soy milk
1 scoop BeLiver™
½ banana (sliced)
Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Sprinkle of extra cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Cook oats in soy milk according to package directions
Remove from heat
Stir in BeLiver™ while still hot (helps dissolve)
Top with sliced banana
Add maple syrup and cinnamon if desired
