Soy Milk Oatmeal with Banana

  • Banana adds natural sweetness + creamy texture

  • Warm oatmeal enhances cinnamon flavor

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup soy milk

  • 1 scoop BeLiver™

  • ½ banana (sliced)

  • Drizzle of maple syrup (optional)

  • Sprinkle of extra cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook oats in soy milk according to package directions

  2. Remove from heat

  3. Stir in BeLiver™ while still hot (helps dissolve)

  4. Top with sliced banana

  5. Add maple syrup and cinnamon if desired
