These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeLiver website, products, subscriptions, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by BeLiver, a division of Arrow Point Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company established in the State of Wyoming.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial consumer use only, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Company.
2. DIETARY SUPPLEMENT DISCLOSURE (FDA COMPLIANCE)
BeLiver products are classified as dietary supplements under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA).

All information provided through the Services—including educational content, blog posts, recipes, graphics, videos, and product descriptions—is for general informational purposes only.
Nothing on the Services constitutes or replaces medical, nutritional, diagnostic, or professional advice. Reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.
4. REGULATORY & RETAIL COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
BeLiver products are manufactured, labeled, and marketed in accordance with applicable U.S. federal regulations, including FDA dietary supplement labeling requirements and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), as applicable to suppliers and manufacturers.
Retail availability, packaging claims, and product representations may vary by channel to comply with retailer-specific standards and regulatory guidance.
5. ONLINE SALES, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities per customer

Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion
Order acceptance is not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING (IF APPLICABLE)
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the disclosed frequency until canceled.

Failure to cancel does not constitute grounds for refund

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping timelines are estimates only. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
All sales are final, except as expressly stated in a separate Return or Satisfaction Policy, if offered.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or abuse of refund systems may result in account suspension and recovery of administrative costs.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, product names, packaging designs, formulations, text, images, graphics, videos, and other content associated with BeLiver are the exclusive property of Arrow Point Enterprises LLC and are protected under U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without prior written authorization.
10. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:

Resell or repackage products without authorization

Interfere with site functionality or security

Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrow Point Enterprises LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Business interruption

Personal injury
This limitation applies regardless of legal theory and even if the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that ingestion of dietary supplements carries inherent risks and agree that use of BeLiver products is at your own discretion and risk.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow Point Enterprises LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Services or products

Violation of these Terms

Violation of any applicable law or regulation
14. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, regulatory actions, or labor shortages.
17. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations or misuse.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
