Shipping Policy
Eligible Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories), Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

International Duties, Taxes, and Handling Fees (Canada & UK).
For shipments bound for Canada and the United Kingdom, please be advised that any local import taxes, customs duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Value Added Tax (VAT), or other courier handling fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not calculated or collected at our store's checkout and must be paid by the buyer directly to local customs authorities or the mail carrier upon delivery before the package can be released.

International Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict international customs regulations, import bans, and biosecurity controls regarding animal-derived ingredients and foodstuffs (including organ powders, meats, and bovine products), we are unable to fulfill or ship orders to any international destinations outside of Canada, the UK, and Australia.

International Order & Checkout Restrictions

Address Validation: Our checkout system is configured to accept shipping addresses only from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. All other countries are deactivated at checkout and cannot be selected.
Freight Forwarding Disclaimer: While our system blocks unauthorized international shipping addresses, some buyers may attempt to use US-based freight forwarding or cargo companies. Please note that any orders shipped to a domestic forwarding address intended for international export to restricted countries are handled entirely at the buyer's own risk. We are not responsible or liable for packages that are subsequently flagged, seized, destroyed, or rejected by international customs officials, and refunds will not be provided in these cases.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order utilizing a known international freight forwarding hub if the product is strictly prohibited in the final destination country.

Order Processing & Tracking

All valid domestic and permitted international orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
